It really depends on what you are looking for and what your needs are for your event. We would have a detailed initial phone call, after which I would be able to give you a better idea, since my service is fully customized. I have two different packages available:
– Platinum: prepared intro, announcements, collaboration with other vendors, sound checks, making sure things are on time and run smoothly, handling last minute changes, hyping up the guests, bringing lots of positive energy, and leading the event.
– Gold: everything in platinum + presentation of personalized love story (based on an initial consultation), prepared games and entertainment, adding a lot more interaction.
You can also make additional requests.
Yes absolutely. I write up a rough first draft of how the event will run and send it over. Once changes are made and I receive confirmation, I write up the final draft. Once finalized, I execute accordingly and make sure everything runs on time.
To keep the energy high and really engage everyone at the event, I always make sure to arrive early. I actively shake hands and introduce myself to everyone I can as people start arriving. I make it a point to build a good rapport with people from the start. When the event starts, I like to keep things interactive and comfortable, tossing in a few jokes and encouraging participation from the crowd. It makes the whole experience more lively and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Yes, I always prepare games and activities beforehand to keep the events lively and entertaining. I would send over the details of the games for you to review and confirm, ensuring everything is set for high-energy fun at your event.
Absolutely! I can customize the script for announcements to align with your religious and cultural preferences. I am trilingual and will adapt the script according to your audience. All openings and announcements will be specifically tailored to reflect the spirit and values of your event.
